Talking Book and Braille Services for LYRC Participants

Titles on the ballots are available for users of the Talking Books and Braille Library (TBBL) through the State Library of Louisiana. TBBL serves individuals in cases of blindness, visual impairment,  physical disabilities, and/or reading disabilities with specially recorded audio and Braille books and magazines.
