If you have not received a state agency publication that appeared on the Monthly Shipping List, please fill out the form below.
Please check the Monthly Shipping List to be sure that the publication was not received in a limited quantity. Those items for which the Recorder of Documents did not receive sufficient copies for complete distribution cannot be claimed. You should contact the publishing agency to request a copy.
Please do not claim items that you do not select to receive.
If the Recorder of Documents has a copy of the claimed publication, it will be sent to you. Sometimes, there will be no copy to send, and you will have to contact the publishing agency.
