Descriptive videos are useful to anyone who has a visual impairment that keeps them from enjoying movies at home. These videos include subtle narration describing the film’s visual elements such as costumes, actions and scene changes during pauses in dialog. The films in VHS format can be played on regular televisions using VCR players. TBBL does not loan televisions or VHS players.

Magazines are available to eligible patrons free of charge. Magazines come to you directly and are shipped in a mailing container.
